1. Scope and data controller

This policy covers the panteviagames.com website, games, and support services provided by Burhan Kuzucu (Pantevia Games). The data controller can be contacted at privacy@panteviagames.com and operates from Türkiye. The services used and data processed by each game are also described in a game-specific disclosure linked to this policy.

2. Information you provide directly

When you contact us for support or general enquiries, we may process your email address, message, device and operating system information, and optional technical material such as screenshots. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve the issue.

3. Games and third-party services

Our games may use third-party services for functions such as advertising, privacy choices, diagnostics, and distribution. The services and data categories used by each game are listed in its specific disclosure. Timber Pin currently uses Google Play for distribution and Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform for advertising and applicable privacy choices; see the game-specific data disclosure. This website is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure and uses Google Translate for its optional automatic translation feature.

4. Purposes of processing

Data may be processed to respond to support requests, keep games secure and functional, diagnose errors, deliver and measure advertising, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Recipients and international processing

We do not sell personal data. Depending on the service used, technical information may be processed by Google for Google Play distribution, AdMob advertising, UMP privacy choices, and website translation, and by Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and request routing. These providers may receive information such as IP address, approximate country, browser or device details, request and diagnostic information, and—where applicable—advertising interactions and permitted identifiers. Support correspondence is processed by the email provider used to send and receive the message.

Google, Cloudflare, and email infrastructure may process information outside Türkiye under their own service terms, privacy policies, retention rules, and applicable transfer safeguards. Where Pantevia Games is responsible for an international transfer, the transfer will be assessed under the applicable legal conditions and safeguard requirements. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

6. Retention and security

Support and general correspondence is retained for no longer than 24 months after the most recent communication; privacy and data-subject requests, including records showing how they were handled, are retained for no longer than 36 months after the request is resolved. Local game data remains on the device until app data is cleared or the game is removed. Where a legal obligation or ongoing dispute requires longer retention, only the relevant records are kept for the necessary period. Expired data is deleted or anonymised. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, and misuse.

7. Children’s privacy

The intended audience for each game is stated in its specific disclosure. If a service is offered to children, advertising and data-processing settings will be configured for the applicable age and regional requirements. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been processed inappropriately.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict its processing, or object to processing. To submit a request, use our data deletion page or email privacy@panteviagames.com.

9. Website translation, storage, and cookies

The website does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. To provide the requested language feature, it stores the selected language in browser local storage under pantevia-language until the user changes it or clears browser data, and sets a session-style googtrans cookie so Google Translate can display the selected language. When no preference has been saved, Cloudflare's request country code may be used once to suggest a supported language; Pantevia Games does not store that country result in a player profile.

The Google Translate script is loaded from Google and may receive ordinary network and browser request information under Google's own privacy terms. Browser controls can clear the language value and cookie, although translation may then return to the default language. If advertising analytics, marketing pixels, or other non-essential tracking is introduced, this policy will be updated and a preference mechanism will be provided where required.

10. Languages and translations

The maintained source text of the website is English. Other language views may be generated automatically by Google Translate for accessibility and convenience and may contain translation errors. An automatic translation does not change mandatory rights under applicable law. Legal documents should be reviewed in the maintained source language or with an independently verified translation before relying on translated wording.
