1. Scope and data controller

This policy covers the panteviagames.com website, games, applications, and support services provided by Burhan Kuzucu (Pantevia Games). The data controller can be contacted at privacy@panteviagames.com and operates from Türkiye. The services used and data processed by each title are also described in a specific disclosure linked to this policy.

2. Information you provide directly

When you contact us for support or general enquiries, we may process your email address, message, device and operating system information, and optional technical material such as screenshots. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve the issue.

Pantevia Games uses Google Workspace Business Starter. The support@panteviagames.com address is an email alias of its main Workspace account; support messages are received and handled in that account’s Gmail mailbox. Pantevia Games does not maintain a separate user database or support ticket system. Support correspondence consists of the messages and attachments you choose to send; it is separate from device-local Auto Clicker automation records and data processed by advertising SDKs.

3. Games, applications, and third-party services

Our titles may use third-party services for functions such as advertising, privacy choices, diagnostics, accessibility-based automation, and distribution. The services and data categories used by each title are listed in its specific disclosure. Timber Pin currently uses Google Play for distribution and Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform for advertising and applicable privacy choices; see the game-specific data disclosure. Pantevia Auto Clicker uses Android’s Accessibility Service for user-requested tap automation; see the application-specific data disclosure. This website is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. Translations are stored with the website and are loaded when a supported language is selected.

Advertising and consent providers

See our advertising providers directory for Google AdMob, Google UMP and Huawei advertising. The separate Timber Pin Huawei Android consent test app now integrates Huawei Ads Kit and Huawei Ads Consent SDK; production advertising remains disabled. The game-specific disclosure distinguishes this test configuration from the Google editions and future HarmonyOS NEXT plans. Each application’s policy describes its specific data practices and user controls.

The website uses Cloudflare for delivery, including its stored translations; support correspondence is handled through our email service. These website and support services are separate from in-app advertising.

4. Purposes of processing

Data may be processed to respond to support requests, keep games secure and functional, diagnose errors, deliver and measure advertising, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Recipients and international processing

We do not sell personal data. Depending on the service used, technical information may be processed by Google for Google Play distribution, AdMob advertising, and UMP privacy choices, and by Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and request routing. These providers may receive information such as IP address, approximate country, browser or device details, request and diagnostic information, and—where applicable—advertising interactions and permitted identifiers. Support correspondence is processed by the email provider used to send and receive the message.

The services described above may involve processing outside Türkiye. Support correspondence is handled through Google Workspace Business Starter. The locations where messages are stored and the applicable data-processing and international-transfer arrangements have not yet been verified. This policy does not claim that a particular transfer safeguard or legal basis has been established. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

6. Storage and retention by data category

Support correspondence in Gmail

A six-month retention period has been set for ordinary support correspondence, starting when resolution is explicitly confirmed. After that period, correspondence is flagged for review. Automatic deletion is not enabled; the daily check does not delete messages or move them to Trash. This six-month rule does not automatically apply to open requests, privacy requests or legal correspondence; these require separate assessment. You can request deletion of correspondence by emailing privacy@panteviagames.com; see the data deletion page for the request process. Pantevia Games does not maintain a separate user database or support ticket system.

Timber Pin data stored on the device

Timber Pin stores game progress, high scores, settings, selected language, accessibility preferences, age group, and age-verification time locally on the user’s device. The exact age and date of birth are not retained. Pantevia Games does not receive these device-local data through the game. They can be removed by clearing the application’s storage or uninstalling Timber Pin.

Auto Clicker automation data on the device

Target coordinates, timings, automation records and preferences are stored locally on the device. The application code does not pass these data to the advertising SDK. Local data can be removed by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling it. This does not delete support emails or data already processed by an advertising provider.

Advertising data processed by Google

Google AdMob may process advertising-related technical data as described in the Timber Pin disclosure, the Pantevia Auto Clicker disclosure, and Google's retention information. This may include IP address and approximate location, advertising and application interactions, diagnostic information, and permitted device or other identifiers, depending on the application configuration, device settings, permissions, and Google’s SDK behaviour. Pantevia Games does not assign an unverified single retention period to advertising data held by Google. UMP manages applicable advertising privacy choices; changing those choices is separate from deleting data that Google may already have processed.

7. Children’s privacy

The intended audience for each game is stated in its specific disclosure. If a service is offered to children, advertising and data-processing settings will be configured for the applicable age and regional requirements. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been processed inappropriately.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict its processing, or object to processing. To submit a request, use our data deletion page or email privacy@panteviagames.com.

9. Website translation, storage, and cookies

The website does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. To provide the requested language feature, it stores the selected language in browser local storage under pantevia-language until the user changes it or clears browser data, and loads the corresponding translation file from the website. The website no longer loads Google Translate or sets its translation cookie; obsolete translation cookies are cleared. When no preference has been saved, the browser’s preferred language is used to select a supported language.

Translation files are delivered through the same website infrastructure as other site content. Selecting a language does not send page text to an external translation service. Browser controls can clear the saved language, after which the browser’s preferred language is used again. If advertising analytics, marketing pixels, or other non-essential tracking is introduced, this policy will be updated and a preference mechanism will be provided where required.

10. Languages and translations

The maintained source text of the website is English. Other language views use stored translations provided for accessibility and convenience. These translations may still contain errors and are not certified legal translations. A translation does not change mandatory rights under applicable law. Legal documents should be reviewed in the maintained source language or with an independently verified translation before relying on translated wording.

Advertising providers

Our advertising providers directory identifies advertising and consent services, distinguishing current integrations from planned platform releases. The application-specific sections explain the relevant data and controls.

Distribution platforms and store services

The same privacy policy covers the application across the stores where it is available. Platform-specific features and integrated services are described in the application-specific sections. A reference to a store below does not indicate that every Pantevia Games application is available on that store.

Stores independently handle information associated with their accounts, downloads, security checks, transactions, and diagnostics. We may receive aggregate statistics and reports made available by the store under the user’s settings. A store account is separate from any account offered within an application.

Google Play

When you obtain an application through Google Play, Google processes store-related information under its own privacy policy. Google account details, purchase records, and store privacy controls are managed through Google. Any advertising or other Google SDK used within the application is described separately in its application-specific policy.

Google Privacy Policy

HUAWEI AppGallery

When you obtain an application through AppGallery, Huawei processes store-related information under its own privacy policy. HUAWEI ID details, purchase records, and store privacy controls are managed through Huawei. AppGallery distribution alone does not mean an application uses Huawei advertising, analytics, or cloud services. Any such integration will be identified in the application-specific policy.

Payments and store-account requests

Where a store processes a payment, its payment terms and privacy policy apply. Pantevia Games does not receive your full payment-card details from the store. This section does not indicate that an application includes in-app purchases; purchase functionality, if any, is identified in the application-specific disclosure.

For store-account deletion, payment information, or store purchase requests, use the relevant provider’s account and support controls. For personal data held by Pantevia Games, use the contact and deletion options in this policy. Uninstalling an application does not delete your store account.
