Data deletion and requests

1. About Timber Pin
Timber Pin does not include a user account, cloud save, or player-linked profile on Pantevia Games servers. There is therefore no Pantevia Games game account to delete. Progress, settings, the age-treatment group, and the verification time are stored only on the device. The app does not store a separate legal-document acceptance record. Device-local data can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the game.
2. Support and contact data
If you have previously sent a support or contact email, you may request deletion of the correspondence and associated personal information.
3. How to submit a request
Email privacy@panteviagames.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include the relevant game, the email address you previously used to contact us, and the scope of your request. We may ask only for the additional information necessary to verify your identity.
4. Resolution and retention
Your request will be reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible and within the time required by applicable law. Request, verification, and action records are retained for no longer than 36 months after the request is resolved. If a legal obligation or ongoing dispute requires longer retention, only the relevant records are kept for the necessary period; other data is deleted or anonymised.
5. AdMob data
Preferences relating to information independently processed by Google AdMob can be managed through your device’s advertising privacy settings and your Google account privacy controls. See Timber Pin’s game-specific disclosure for details.
