GAME-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURE
Timber Pin
Status: Effective
Data controller: Burhan Kuzucu (Pantevia Games)
1. What does this disclosure cover?
This page supplements the main Pantevia Games privacy policy for Timber Pin. If there is a conflict, this game-specific disclosure takes precedence for Timber Pin’s data practices.
2. App, account, and local data
Timber Pin is an Android game developed in native Java with Gradle under the package name com.pantevia.games.timberpin. It does not include a Pantevia Games account, online profile, cloud save, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or an in-app purchasing system.
Game progress, records, settings, selected language, and accessibility preferences are stored only on the device. The app also stores an age-treatment group and the date it was verified, but not the exact age entered. Age is verified again after approximately 365 days.
3. Access to legal information
The app does not require a separate checkbox accepting the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy during startup, and it does not store a legal-document acceptance record. The Terms of Use, this disclosure, data-deletion information, and support contact remain available from Settings so they can be reviewed at any time. Advertising privacy choices, when required, are handled separately through Google's regional privacy flow.
4. Advertising and Google AdMob
The free version of Timber Pin uses Google AdMob to provide an adaptive banner and an optional rewarded ad that can be chosen after a loss. Google Mobile Ads may automatically process information for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention, including:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location,
- app set ID and other permitted app or device identifiers,
- app launches, taps, video views, and ad interactions,
- device, operating-system, performance, and diagnostic information.
This information is encrypted in transit by Google. The current app manifest removes Android advertising-ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising-ID permissions. Internal debug builds use Google’s official test ad identifiers; production builds use Pantevia Games’ AdMob identifiers.
5. Privacy choices and UMP
Timber Pin includes Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to request and manage applicable regional privacy choices for adult users. Age classification is completed before advertising services start. For adults, consent information is refreshed at app launch, a message is shown only when required by the applicable region, and ads are requested only when the SDK indicates that requests may be made. When required by UMP, the app provides a privacy-options entry point in Settings. UMP is not shown to child or teen age groups.
6. General audience, including children
Timber Pin is intended for a general audience that includes children, teenagers, and adults. It uses a neutral numeric age screen and does not retain the exact age. Only the resulting age-treatment group and verification date are stored locally. All age groups are limited to G-rated, non-personalised advertising. Children and users whose age cannot be determined additionally receive child-directed treatment; teen users receive age-appropriate treatment. The app does not ask children to submit names, email addresses, or other contact details.
7. Sharing, international processing, and user controls
Pantevia Games does not receive player progress or age selections from the app. Advertising and consent-related technical information is processed by Google for advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and regional privacy choices and may be processed outside Türkiye under Google's own terms, retention rules, and applicable transfer safeguards. The share button opens Android’s system share sheet with game-result text; information is sent only if the user selects a destination. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Deletion and contact
Device-local data can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it. You may request access to or deletion of correspondence held by Pantevia Games using our data deletion page. Contact: privacy@panteviagames.com.
This disclosure reflects the verified application configuration dated 30 August 2026. It and the Google Play Data safety declaration must be reviewed again before an SDK, account system, cloud service, purchase feature, or materially different data practice is released.
